Meet Fallon
Dr Fallon Cook (PhD, Sleep Practitioner)
Fallon is a Sleep Practitioner, sleep researcher, and founder of Children’s Sleep Australia, Infant Sleep Australia, and the Sombelle Paediatric Sleep Clinic Programs. She is a Senior Honorary Fellow of the Department of Paediatrics, University of Melbourne and Honorary Fellow at Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.
Fallon has published her paediatric sleep research in major paediatric journals, presenting her findings at scientific conferences and appearing to audiences of 250+ million on news outlet worldwide.
Fallon completed her LifeCourse Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Royal Children’s Hospital, where she focused on examining developmental outcomes following paediatric sleep difficulties. Additional professional development at Harvard University and the Boston Children’s Hospital, rounds out Fallon’s depth of experience and expertise engaging with families experiencing sleep difficulties.

Bachelor of Science with 1st class honours (Psychology & Psychophysiology)
PhD (Psychophysiology): Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for childhood trauma; Neural correlates of childhood trauma.
Postdoctoral Fellowship: Preventing infant sleep problems and associated postnatal depression.

Fallon has three children aged 7, 11 and 13 years. She lives in rural Victoria with her kids, 3 dogs and 3 ducks, in an old farmhouse that sorely needs renovating. She loves gardening.
